We’ve supported Zapier for years, but have now updated it with 6 new triggers and, for the first time, over 20 actions that are invaluable for automating your shops. It’s immediately available for all sellers on a paid plan.
More product images for Diamond sellers
Sellers on Big Cartels’s Diamond plan now have ability to add up to 25 images for each product! Eligible shops that are on our latest templates automatically have the feature enabled. If you’re on an old template, head over to Shop Designer and update your template version.
If you’re using a print-on-demand app with Big Cartel like Printful, we’ll now import up to 25 images per product instead of limiting it to 5.
TikTok Pixel and Pinterest Tag support
Following last week’s release, which introduced Facebook Pixel and enhanced Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we’ve now added TikTok Pixel and Pinterest Tag support for paid plans. These apps enable shoppable ads and posts on both platforms for you to drive traffic and boost your sales.
Custom template code limit increased by 50%
For sellers using custom template code, we’ve increased the maximum length of custom CSS and template customization code by 50%! This allows our sellers to make more powerful and complex template changes that often require more code.
Facebook Pixel and Improved GA4
We added support for Facebook Pixel for all paid plans. Facebook Pixel is a powerful analytics tool that allows you to measure the effectiveness of your advertising by understanding the actions people take on your website. By integrating Facebook Pixel into your Big Cartel shop, you can track conversions, optimize ads based on collected data, and build targeted audiences for future campaigns. This means you can reach people who are more likely to be interested in your products, maximizing your advertising budget and ultimately increasing sales.
This is a no code app — all you need to do is setup your Facebook Pixel ID and all the complex code is automatically added throughout your shop.
We’ve also enhanced our Google Analytics (GA4) app that improves reporting with item level cart details. Sellers on our Diamond plan get even more events such as add_to_cart, begin_checkout and more. These new events drive an even more in-depth reports in GA4 that can help you understand your customers and optimize your shop.

New Template: Cosmos
We’ve added our first new shop template in 4 years! Introducing Cosmos, our latest template that is available for sellers on both free and paid plans.
It’s a theme that is suitable for both beginners and experienced sellers who want a flexible and visually appealing template that can be easily customized to meet their specific needs. Whether you are just getting started or looking to change things up, Cosmos has you covered.
For all templates, we’ve also introduced a new Style Picker which makes it easier to pick visually appealing combinations of colors and fonts. The style picker gives you single click presets for each theme that can get you and running more quickly.
Added 4 new currencies
Added support for 4 new currencies: UAE Dirham (AED), Bulgarian Lev (BGN), Croatian Kuna (HRK) and Romanian Leu (RON).
If you want to switch to one of these new currencies in your shop, head over to your location and currency settings.
Customer reminder added during checkout
To help checkout conversion for shops with limited inventory during periods of higher sales volume and traffic, we've added the following note within checkout that reminds shoppers that products aren't reserved until they checkout:

All shops now have the most up-to-date and best code to support search engine optimization (SEO) using the JSON-LD standard. This ensures that Google and other search engines index and showcase your shops the best way possible which can boost your traffic by helping your rank higher in search and drive more clickthrough.
