We've improved the order shipment process for manually added shipping details, including notifications to customers with tracking information. This update especially benefits our international sellers. Improvements include:

  • Added 18 new carriers

  • Based on your shop’s account country, we recommend certain carriers as "top" carriers which will more commonly match what they are looking for. Previously we were always recommending USPS, UPS and Fedex only.

  • Optimized the workflow to make it faster and less error-prone
